What Our Customers Are Saying
Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We purchased a quartz countertop over a year ago from Universal Marble and Granite in anticipation of our contractor promptly working on our renovation. Unfortunately the contractor ghosted us. Universal Marble and Granite patiently worked with us and stocked our quartz countertop for almost a year. With no complaints or conditions. The final product once delivered and installed looks tremendous. I would highly recommend them!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lindsay was responsive and always available to answer my questions (and there were quite a few). The measurements were spot on. The installers greeted me with a handshake and an introduction. We had an excellent experience with Universal Marble and Granite, and I can’t say enough good things about Audree Contreras. From start to finish, Audree was incredibly responsive — day or night — and that didn’t stop after installation. Even post-install, she continued to follow up, answer questions, and make sure everything was exactly right. If something needed attention, she handled it quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. The countertops are beautiful, the process was smooth, and the level of care and service we received truly stood out. If you’re considering countertops, I highly recommend Universal Marble and Granite — and absolutely ask for Audree. She’s outstanding.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Universal Marble & Granite did an outstanding job on my quartz installation. The workmanship is beautiful — the seams are matched perfectly and are barely noticeable. When I reached out with a concern, the office staff, Audree and Lindsay, were so reassuring. They told me not to worry, that they would figure it out, and they followed through by getting me scheduled before the holiday! David, who came out today, was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed every one of my concerns. My quartz ended up being an easy, stress-free fix! He also gave me excellent advice on maintenance and care moving forward. Overall, I’m extremely impressed by their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. Highly recommend Universal Marble & Granite!
